30 Years Young
Newnan Theatre Company has been in existence since 1975 in form or another. And for each of those thirty years we have provided Newnan audiences with a variety of interesting, sometimes provocative, educational, and entertaining productions.

NTC has performed in converted warehouses, old cotton mills, churches, and even in open fields! Our current home is at 24 First Avenue, the site of the former Johnson Hardware building.

Our Mission:
We believe in the special nature of the creative act, and that every human has the impulse to create. It is our mission to provide our community with a safe haven to recreate themselves through creation.

Further, theatre is the most communal of all the creative arts. We invite everyone – young and old, rich and poor, educated and not – to join us in creating theatre, both as practitioners and as audience. With this in mind, we have two major goals: to provide a wide variety of valid and high quality theatrical experiences for our audiences; and to provide quality theatrical training for our membership.
